Making these chocolate mice has become a tradition with Grandma J. and the girls. The bodies are made from maraschino cherries - dry them and dip them in chocolate. The stem becomes the mouse tail. Add a Hershey kiss for the head and sliced almonds for the ears. Then add eyes and nose with icing. Very cute, and tasty too.

Those are too cute. I don't care for the cherries though, but cute none the less!
